One in a zillion
(On recent Amy Winehouse's death)
Some rare stars
-just too bright-
uncontrollable quite,
give away glaring light.
Though unstable by cradle,
-it's a part of their fable-
they can touch and relabel
what the rest are unable.
When they 'd shed all their heart
they will just fall apart.
Not an end, a restart,
each of us getting part.
You can say and it's right,
every time they ignite,
they provide hope to fight
the sad darkness of night.

Remember, a supernova is the only way
that we can get heavy matter.
We need them.
The universe would be just
so boring without them,
possibly without life as we know it...
